Terms of Service

1. Custom Product Policy

All GlowBoxes are custom-made and personalized based on the information provided by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that each GlowBox is a unique, one-of-a-kind item created specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.

2. No Cancellations or Refunds

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Incorrect spelling, movie title, or name provided by the customer

  • Expectation differences regarding color, lighting, or artistic interpretation

All sales are final due to the customized nature of our products.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your GlowBox arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting Support@petmeshop.co and providing photographic evidence.
After verification, we will issue a replacement free of charge.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including shipping delays or dissatisfaction with artistic style.

4. Timeframes

  • Production Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (Canada & U.S. only)
    Shipping times are estimates and may vary. PetMe is not responsible for courier delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your order is a custom-made product and non-refundable.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after receiving your product will be contested with proof of:

  • Custom order confirmation,

  • Production records, and

  • Delivery tracking.

We reserve the right to pursue further action for fraudulent chargebacks or disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

PetMe and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Agreement

By placing an order with GlowBox by PetMe, you agree to all the terms stated above. These terms are legally binding upon purchase.
